Design
Identify your specific
communications needs and prepare and agree a detailed requirement
specification. The solution design is fine-tuned in consultation with
your organization, built, verified against the specification and
tested. We call this our Proof of concept design.
Implementation
We implement, test and
commission in your own environment. Throughout this phase the team will
be working with you to ensure that the new solution becomes productive
as soon as possible. If required, this includes Project Management that
will ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. We
can work with you to develop an effective change management program and
also ensure that both your end-user and technical personnel educational
